Probably the easiest cookies ever! Got to warn you that they will be gone in no time! I made these recently for two of my friends and customized them with cookie stamps.

Ingredients (50 cookies)
All purpose flour (sifted) - 1 cup
Sugar (powdered) - 1/2 cup
Butter (slightly softened and cubed) - 110 g
Cream cheese - 40 g
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Method
Preheat oven to 350°F
Sift flour and sugar together into a large mixing bowl
Spread the butter pieces evenly on the flour
Add the cream cheese and vanilla extract
Form a dough by mixing all the ingredients. You should get a soft dough with no crumbs left in the bowl
Transfer the dough into a smaller bowl. Cover and put it in the fridge for 10- 15 minutes, to let it firm up
Roll out the dough on a dusted surface and use cookie cutters to cut out shapes
Transfer them to a cookie tray, lined with baking sheet
The cookies won't spread on heating. So you can place them with half an inch space in between
Bake them till the edges start to brown - around 10 minutes
Transfer the cookies onto a wire rack and let them cool completely. Store in an air tight container.
