Mango Malai

A quick healthy dessert for mango lovers.



Ingredients


Mangoes, peeled and cut into cubes- 1/2 kg

Yoghurt - 1 1/2 cups

Juice of lemon - 1/4

Sugar - to taste (can avoid if mangoes are sweet)

Salt - one pinch

Fruits, deseeded - optional, I used black grapes, cut in half.


Method

  1. In a blender, blend the mangoes, yoghurt, lemon juice, sugar and salt, till smooth.

  2. Divide it into 5 to 6 serving dishes or jars. Cut in the fruits.
